Who is responsible for your data

For anything about your data, write to hello@thinklikeasenior.dev.

What data I collect

When you sign up for the checklist, I collect your email address. My email provider also records that you gave consent, and when. That's all the form asks for.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To send you the free checklist and occasional practical frontend lessons.
  • The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who processes it

Your email address is stored and sent through [Kit / MailerLite], my email service provider, which acts as a processor on my behalf. [If the provider is outside the EU, name the safeguard it relies on, for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Check its data processing terms.] I don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without giving a reason. Withdrawing doesn't affect emails already sent. Write to hello@thinklikeasenior.dev and I'll reply within one month.

If you think I've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or to the authority in your own country.
